This will be an out of the box build review, I just snap fitted all the parts to have a look at how big 1/60 Strike Gundam and Striker Weapon System is. I received this one from Coldfire where most of my kits come from.
What I can say about this kit is that it is big! The sword is as big common house knife! For me this is a great buy. I am really a fan of 1/60 Gundams whether PG or not.
Contrary to the belief of many, this kit includes one Strike Gundam PLUS the Weapons. Many thought that only the weapons are included.
I was really curious about this two hobby knives of Tamiya so I ended up buying them both. What is exactly the difference between the 2? Let us find out since I want to open them up now anyway. I bought them because I like the cover/cap included. The cover is important to prevent rusting of the blade (though many extra blades are included). And btw, sorry for the background. I took the pictures on my computer table.
I happened to be at Greenhills earlier. I went to Best Toys to try and look for something to buy. So what we got was SD Destiny. And late that night we bought some Gundam series DVDs from St. Francis.
here is SD Destiny’s Box (you can see the price if you look closely)
Another out of the box build review. This time it is SD Qan[T] (pronounced as ‘kwanta’) coming from the movie Awakening of the Trail Blazer. I haven’t personally watched the movie but I will do so very soon. This is the 3rd Gundam Setsuna F. Seiei pilots on the Gundam 00 (Double 0)
Overall a very nice kit. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
BTW! I built it without even looking at the manual. LOL (tried it for fun)
Here is a little out of the box build review of SD (double 0) 00 Raiser. Another cute addition to my growing family of SD Gundams. This is a late post just so you know. I’ll be posting Qan[T] after this.
Last Saturday I was able to finish the first season of Gundam 00 (daburo as the Japs pronounce it). My overall comment – GREAT!!!. Would have been excellent if not for the lack of “awesomeness” of the characters as some may call it.
Just want to share my 17 year old Gundam kits… Parang teenager lang… It was a gift from a friend. I don’t know where he got them but he thinks I can take better care of them. So to make the story short, he gave me most of his old-age collections.
Here they are! From left is MAXTER of Neo America, ROSE of Neo France and BOLT of Neo Russia. The one on the ground is an enemy underling of Devil Gundam. They are Gundams from the G-Series show which features Shining and God Gundam piloted by Domon Kasshu.
A simple price guide and pictures of my new tools. I was at SM Megamall earlier to buy some enamel paints for panel washing my Gundams (because I really wanted to try that technique) but ended up buying a LOT MORE! Anyway, while everyone else was enjoying the last day of the Megamall 3 day sale, I was at the hobby shop purchasing additional tools for our beloved hobby!
I’ve finally got the shipment I was waiting for. My 1/60 Big Scale Strike Gundam + Striker Weapons Systems and SD GP03 Dendrobium arrived last Tuesday (I think). And yesterday I was able to purchase some rare Gundam model kits from Greenhills namely 1/100 Vent Saviour, 1/100 Astray Mirage Frame 2nd Issue and SD Char’s Counterattack.
Hi everyone, I have just finished snap fitting my MC RX-93 Nu Gundoom Gundam. Overall this is a very nice kit. Dropped it a few times while posting (about 5 inches high) but it is quite sturdy. You can really feel how good the design of the parts are. I recommend this to anybody who want a 1/120 version of NU Gundam with a mechanical flavor into it. Again MODEL COMPREHEND is the manufacturer not TT Hongli or even Bandai
