BB (SHIN) Sonshoko Gerbera Shipment Has Arrived

A few of us who wanted to have Brave Battle Warriors Sonshoko Gerbera and Shin Sonshoko Gerbera decided to combine resources and order online just to get the kit. It was so hard to find them kits here in the Philippines that is why we resorted to online purchase. One of us ordered and the rest of us just need to pay up. We saved a lot in shipping cost because all in all we bought 6 kits (3 of us have 2 SD kits). Now all that is left is to meet up. Can’t hardly wait. GF is gonna love this. 🙂

I wonder which one is the SHIN???

New Haul: SD Kits (ZZ, Aegis, WZC & 0 Gundam) and Real Touch Markers

You really can not go to Greenhills without taking something home. LOL. Got home again with some new SD kits namely ZZ, Aegis, Wing Zero Custom, 0 Gundam and a BB-like variant of SD Wing. Bought some Real Touch Markers while we were there. I heard they were nice for weathering effects. It will be our first time to try them. Posted below are pictures of the kits.

Jumbo 1/35 Grade Zeta Size Comparison with PG and MG Versions

A friend of mine, Chabons, who is a big fan of Universal Century Gundams as well was able to acquire a 1/35 Jumbo Grade Zeta recently. I asked his permission to post the photos here so everyone can see the big difference in size. This information will help those who are planning to buy the Zeta kits as well… JUMBO is indeed the correct word because this thing is so big that a PG Zeta Gundam looked like a 1/100 version.

Here is a little description of the 1/35 Jumbo Grade Zeta

Bandai’s first fully transformable Jumbo Grade action figure can switch between its Mobile Suit and Wave Rider modes (transformation will require detaching and reattaching some of its parts). This humongous figure stands nearly twice the size of its Perfect Grade counterpart in Mobile Suit mode and weighs a hefty 4kg out of the box! Made of soft vinyl and ABS, Zeta Gundam is movable in at least its neck, shoulders, elbows, and knees, and comes with its signature beam rifle (assembly required).

twice the height of a PG Zeta indeed… around 2 feet.

New Kit: HG PINK Bearguy Limited EXPO Edition GPB

They have finally arrived. I have here two HG PINK Bearguy Limited EXPO Edition from the series Gunpla Builders. Anyway, Being limited, it has a heavier price tag on top of it considering it is just an HG. Besides, I heard that the rule “one kit per person” applies on such EXPO events. So I am glad to have two if ever that was true. How I wish a Gundam EXPO can be held here in the Philippines — In my dreams! hahaha!

Here are some pictures!

Alternative SD Gundam Multi-Level Display Base

We managed to find this little shelf organizer which can be used as an ALTERNATIVE SD Gundam Display Base at a currently running HANDYMAN sale at Robinsons Galleria. The price of the product was 749.95 pesos. But since it was a sale, it was offered with 90% discount. So that makes it 75 pesos each. I was really looking in that sale for something to use as a display stand. And we did find one! There was only 5 left so we just took them all. It was a lucky find. Special thanks to the man who was carrying one of it for pointing us where it was stacked.

If there are HANDYMAN outlets near you and it is on sale, look for this item because it is worth it.

Some pictures….

Sorry for the dirty white color haha… I have not yet cleaned it. I was so happy to take photos I forgot to clean it up first 🙂

******

It has 3 levels. About 14.25 inches long and 9.5 inches wide.

I already measured it to make sure it fits my cabinet, and know what? it fits!

MG 00 Raiser Premium Medal | Bandai

I got here some pictures of my MG 00 Raiser Premium Medal. I am just not sure but I think this is a limited edition freebie of the first batch release of MG 00 Raiser. I got this from a friend. It is colored chromed green, about 1.5 times the height of a Tamiya 10ml paint and has nice embossed details. It feels like more of a badge to me than a medal. Sadly it has no strings though hahaha. Anyway, if you guys have more info about this just let me know. I can not find any on the internet so I could supply my post with more details.

Good morning!

Ogie Diaz Look Alike Wrestler Figure | Not Gundam Related LOL

This is not Gundam related by any means! But I just find this really funny because he looks exactly like Ogie Diaz. I saw this on one toy shop I usually visit. I really wanted to share it to you guys. Hahaha! It appears to be a wrestler of some sort originating from Japan. It appears Japanese loves wrestling as much as Americans do. Gundam Model Kit Contest | Awarding Ceremony | Toy Kingdom | July 2011

The Toy Kingdom Gundam Model Kit Contest Awarding Ceremony was held at SM Megamall last July 31, 2011 which was a Sunday. Eager participants await the announcement of winners while building free SD Astray model kits at the same time (hehe). I was not able to get a lot of pictures because my hands were literally full during that time. I was able to get a picture of the prices though, and I was able to get a picture of the winner of the OPEN and EXPERT category together with the Bankee representatives from their (Bankee) website.

By the way, alongside this event was Sarah Geronimo singing just a few meters away from the venue haha.

Forgive my lack of pictures 😀
