A lot of people were excited when BANDAIannounced that they are going to release an MG version of Gundam Unicorn BANSHEE (though some were disappointed because they have bought the HG release already hehe). In fact two versions will be released. First is the OVA version (gold psychoframe) and then the Ver Ka aka Final Battle (blue-green psychoframe). Now what is the difference of the two aside from the color? Here is what we know so far based on widespread rumors…
**************
the MG 1/100 Gundam Unicorn BANSHEE OVA
– has a yellow/gold psychoframe
– has the Armed Armor VN and Armed Armor BS (left hand and right hand arsenal)
– price is expected to be around 2800 pesos (plus/minus) (available thru coldfire)
Got some cool haul for the day. We have here 3 SD Gundam Online figures who are “rare color” variations. That is how Bandai calls it if you check on the backside of the box. You only get one rare color variation for each box shipment. Much like your Magic trading cards wherein you have one awesome booster pack out 50 packs. What we got were Trans-Am 00 Raiser, Aile Strike Rouge and RX-78-3 aka G3. We also bought our very first Nerf disc type blaster (vortex) called the Nerf Vortex Vigilon. Below are photos of the haul. Looking forward to review these items.
We are now on the 3rd SDGO box. This time we will have an unboxing review of SDGO Altron Gundam from the series Gundam Wing. I am not sure whether there is an SD model kit version of this one. I think only SD Shenlong Gundam model kit was created and there is no Altron version (correct me if I’m wrong). Anyway, as usual, I am really happy with SDGO figures and would want to collect them all if given the chance. Some people might be turned off with the screws on the back of the figure, but it is not that bad. Maybe if I have the time, I will cover those holes with putty and paint them (as IF I will have time). Well, let us head on to the pictures shall we?

17th week for our POTW series 🙂
The picture below is owned by a member of our GPH Pool — JONSOR – fireclaw18. This is one of his first batch of shares on our GPH Flicker group. He seems to love customizing his Gundam kits and he loves to take photos of them too. Looking forward for more awesome photos from this guy ^_^
Gundam AGE Episode 15 ” Those Tears Fall in Space” is now available! Flit and the rest of the Diva crew manages to get into the UE command center in Space Fortress Ambat. Fortress Commander Gerra Zoi (Desil’s father and Defurse’s pilot) revealed the the dark history behind UE and the Earth Federation Forces. Characters like Sir Ezelcant and Veigans were brought up. This episode seems to be the last part for Gundam AGE-1. Next episode will be the first appearance of Flit’s son thus begins Gundam AGE-2.
We have here a quick review of the MSIA Byg Zam (read as Big Sam) 12 inch Toy Figure. MSIA Byg Zam was made by Bandai and was released back in the year 2000. All I could say the first time I saw it personally was “it is so HUGE!”. You gotta love the big MSIA series figures, they are really cool! You could definitely get the best “bang for buck” deal buying them. A collector’s item too since as I have said, they were made back in 2000, so MSIA Byg Zam is out of production – in other words hard to find nowadays. Well, let us take a look at the photos. ^_^
I was planning to get the 1/48 Megasize AGE-1 Normal, and I still haven’t decided yet. But now I think I should buy it because BANDAI has already shown its Mega Size 1/48 Gundam AGE-2 Normal model kit. Bandai is all out on their Gundam AGE line. Kit releases for that line are really fast. Anyway, this one stands around the height of 38 cm or roughly 15 inches. Pretty big especially with those wings. Now I am really excited. Maybe I will get both once the AGE-2 Normal is officially released so I could compare them side by side.

We have here an unboxing review of SD Gundam Online (SDGO Capsule Fighter) EPYONtoy figure from the Gundam Wing series. Just want to remind everyone that SDGO figures are as big as SD Archive figures (you can search this site for more info). Anyway, this SDGO Epyon is really cool IMHO. Aside from the already bigger SD Mobile Suit mode (as compared to regular SD kits), it can also transform into Mobile Armor mode. I was just happy that Bandai exerted extra effort to do that gimmick. You can get this toy from private sellers like Coldfire Gundam. Or you could drop by any Toy Kingdom and Toys R’ Us branches and head to the Gundam section.
Gundam AGE Episode 14 ” Flash of Sorrow” is now available! In this episode the continuation of the Battle of Ambat continues. Flit engages Desil in a mobile suit combat, this time taking advantage of his newly found ability being an X-Rounder. In between their battle, Yurin arrives piloting a UE mobile suit called Farsia. A series of confrontation follows, then something happened that leads to the episode’s climax! A truly interesting scene follows!

16th week for our POTW series 🙂
It was really hard choosing which to feature so we decided to give those we have pre-selected their own spotlight (one by one).
The picture below is owned by a member of our GPH Pool — GoodGuyDan. He has begun sharing few of his pictures and boy they are good. I really loved this picture he took of Wing Gundam. It looked really massive and big. Hope to see more pictures from him 🙂
