Yours truly is currently on vacation. Andito ako ngayon sa BAGUIO! yahooo! haha I tried looking for a hobby shop here pero wala…
I went to Greenhills earlier to pickup an item. My latest loot… 1/60 Victory (V2) Gundam HGEx. Yeah, obviously I am a fan of big scale Gundam model kits. Also this V2 Gundam is one hard to find kit nowadays.
Glad that somehow I managed to get one. I do not know the series where the Gundam came, but I will definitely check it soon after I am done with the latest series that I bought.
Anyway here are the pictures. Thanks Regan and Coldfire.
As usual, my pet cat Bieber is excited to meet his new box. lols.
Because of the quantity of pictures, we have to create a 2nd part of the review just for the showcasing of the Striker Weapon System when attached to the 1/60 Strike (Big Scale). Again, this is a straight build. No details whatsoever. So you can see what it looks like if ever you want to buy one yourself.
This is a great buy! one Strike Gundam plus three weapons pack. Ain’t it cool?
Here are the pictures.
First is the Launcher Strike
includes Agni Impulse Gun, Anti-Vessel Multi-Barrel Gun, and Gun-Launcher Combo Unit
This will be an out of the box build review, I just snap fitted all the parts to have a look at how big 1/60 Strike Gundam and Striker Weapon System is. I received this one from Coldfire where most of my kits come from.
What I can say about this kit is that it is big! The sword is as big common house knife! For me this is a great buy. I am really a fan of 1/60 Gundams whether PG or not.
Contrary to the belief of many, this kit includes one Strike Gundam PLUS the Weapons. Many thought that only the weapons are included.
I was really curious about this two hobby knives of Tamiya so I ended up buying them both. What is exactly the difference between the 2? Let us find out since I want to open them up now anyway. I bought them because I like the cover/cap included. The cover is important to prevent rusting of the blade (though many extra blades are included). And btw, sorry for the background. I took the pictures on my computer table.
I happened to be at Greenhills earlier. I went to Best Toys to try and look for something to buy. So what we got was SD Destiny. And late that night we bought some Gundam series DVDs from St. Francis.
here is SD Destiny’s Box (you can see the price if you look closely)
Another out of the box build review. This time it is SD Qan[T] (pronounced as ‘kwanta’) coming from the movie Awakening of the Trail Blazer. I haven’t personally watched the movie but I will do so very soon. This is the 3rd Gundam Setsuna F. Seiei pilots on the Gundam 00 (Double 0)
Overall a very nice kit. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
BTW! I built it without even looking at the manual. LOL (tried it for fun)
Here is a little out of the box build review of SD (double 0) 00 Raiser. Another cute addition to my growing family of SD Gundams. This is a late post just so you know. I’ll be posting Qan[T] after this.
Last Saturday I was able to finish the first season of Gundam 00 (daburo as the Japs pronounce it). My overall comment – GREAT!!!. Would have been excellent if not for the lack of “awesomeness” of the characters as some may call it.
Just want to share my 17 year old Gundam kits… Parang teenager lang… It was a gift from a friend. I don’t know where he got them but he thinks I can take better care of them. So to make the story short, he gave me most of his old-age collections.
Here they are! From left is MAXTER of Neo America, ROSE of Neo France and BOLT of Neo Russia. The one on the ground is an enemy underling of Devil Gundam. They are Gundams from the G-Series show which features Shining and God Gundam piloted by Domon Kasshu.
