A friend of mine collated this simple list of upcoming Gundam model kits for the year 2012. I am posting it here with his permission so that everyone else can know. Included are the dates and prices (in Japanese Yen) from January to June for each kit. Just multiply the yen price with 0.55 to get the equivalent in Peso. But do take note of shipping costs, so the end price would “roughly” be —- (price in yen * 0.55) + shipping cost
Gundam AGE Episode 20 “The Red Mobile Suit” is now available! This episode features a lot of stuff. First is the appearance of the now old DESIL which according to this episode is Zeheart’s brother. Second is the first appearance of Zeydra, Zeheart’s new mobile suit that can match the power of an X-rounder. Zeheart now begins to look like the CHAR. A battle between the Diva and Vagan took place in the Shoal sector. Asemu and Zeheart engaged in a one on one fight to settle the score. An epic fight follows!
Finally finished snap-fit-building this HG 1/144 Zaku 7-eleven 2011 Limited Edition Gundam Model Kit just in time before the week ends. Now we could go on with the review! This Zaku is one out of the 3 HG 1/144 7-Eleven version model kits released for the year 2011. It is the same as your regular 144 Zaku construction wise. The only differences are the color scheme and the decals. 7-Eleven has been a part of the Japanese community for quite a long time, so stuff in honor of them is not a surprise. Anyway, we really love this kit. We had fun playing with it, having it fight with another 7-eleven kit namely HG 1/144 RX-78-2. A hard to find kit nowadays (its already 2012). So if you find one, buy it asap. ^_^
Gundam AGE Episode 19 ” Asemu Sets Off” is now available! Asemu already graduated this time on the military academy and has now become part of the Spaceship Diva’s (now commanded by Millias) crew as the pilot of the new Gundam — AGE-2. Together with some other rookies (like Dique’s daughter), Asemu is being trained under the guidance of Wolf. Immediately upon departure, Zeheart ordered a team to attack the Diva. A series of events follows displaying the power of Gundam AGE-2 (like the G-Strider form) as piloted by Asemu for the first time.
Gundam AGE Episode 18 ” Battle at the Graduation Ceremony” is now available! Zeheart, Asemu and his friends had already graduated from high school. Before the ceremony ended, Federation Military Police confronted Zeheart in an attempt to capture him for being a Vagan Spy. A series of chase follows which ended up in Zeheart and Asemu engaging in mobile suit battle (Wolf also appeared in his G-Bouncer). The episode ends with Asemu and Romary knowing the true identity of Zeheart.
Just want to share to you people out there looking for a suitable table to work on your Gunpla. We found this plastic table with folding legs at ACE hardware. It’s dimensions are 2 feet wide and 4 feet long. Not only that it looks tough and feels solid, it can also be used outdoors. It is priced at 1899 pesos, price is really competitive if you compare it with others out there. They also have it in 6 feet by 2.5 feet variants. You will see at the end of this post the old table we were using to build Gunpla. The old one was very small compared to the new one we have now. Hope this information helps! ^_^
Finally decided to open up our 1/60 DX Wing Gundam 1997 Model so we could take a review of what this (supposedly rare) Gundam toy figure looks like. This is the only 1/60 scale Wing Gundam I know that BANDAI has ever released. There are resin kits though for the PG Strike (or was it PG WZC?) to convert it to PG Wing Gundam if I remember it correctly. Anyway, this toy figure is similar to the construction of the 1/60 F91 wherein you have some parts in runners that needs to be built and the rest is already pre-made (like the whole body). This is definitely a great addition to your collection if you are a true blooded Gundam Wing fan (like us!).

We have here an unboxing review of a Mobile Suit Gundam Bust Type Display Case. This HUGE 1/35 scale Gundam bust model is used to display or house Gundam bottle cap figures. You can put up to 16 pieces inside of this MSG RX-78-2 display case. But I think that even without the small figures, this Bust Type Display Case will surely look good as a display itself. It would look nice as a showroom center piece or perhaps a pedestal display haha! It has a matte paint finish and has a hint of pre-shading unto it. Anyway, you will need to see this personally to appreciate it more.
We have here an out of the box build review of HG 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam 7-Eleven Version. This is one out of three 7-Eleven Gundam kit versions for this year 2011. The other two are the Zaku and Bearguy kits. Some people laugh when I tell them there is a 7-Eleven Limited Edition kit like this. I do not blame them, I too was surprised the first time I heard it on year 2010, because here in the Philippines we take the 7-Eleven brand for granted but in Japan, the brand name is popular and respected. Anyway, We had fun building this kit. Only the decals, colors and some extra accessories vary from the regular kit. Let us move on with the review. ^_^
