Just want to share to you an unboxing review of the Resident Evil 6 Special Pack (with Biohazard Jacket and free T-shirt). This set was made available by Datablitz. I was looking for information around the internet, and it seems that I can safely assume that it is only a release made specifically for the Philippines. Please correct me if I am wrong, I can’t find information that it is available in other countries. They have their own versions. In fact, Japan and Europe releases are very different from what we have here (theirs was way better). Anyway, not really a big fan of the Resident Evil franchise, but this RE6 will be our first RE game in PS3. Last time we played was during the PSX era (RE3 Nemesis) so its a big jump for us. Aside from the jacket and t-shirt, we also got a free poster and paper bag LOL.
items from photo above:
2. box containing jacket
5. game with additional DLC content
when you leave the store, this is what you have
back of paperbag (nothin’ special)
we did not know that it comes with a free RE6 poster. Just sad though that the logo on the bottom is xbox and not ps3. Oh well, its oks as long as it is free ^_^
The free T-Shirt
The quality is better compared to the T-shirt I got from the Tekken Tag 2 Prestige Set a few weeks back.
T-shirt is better quality wise. There is an ironed RE6 photo on from and a Capcom logo at the top-back.
I was never really a fan of ironed stickers on T-Shirts… it is very uncomfortable to wear.
I can’t really complain.. its free ^_^
The game itself… Sadly no metal case for this one… Europe version CE has one though hahaha!
Box for the jacket
nothing on the back, just this
pull out to open
viola! – with matching logo at the bottom
behold the free Jacket!
I thought that it will be just a so-so jacket. But I was wrong… I really love how this jacket was made.
Materials were better than I think of and the overall quality was amazing. Definitely a nice freebie (for an additional 1000php)
logos on chest and cuffs
flaps against rain? -must be an all weather jacket?
biohazard patch located inside at the back portion
patches at the back
side of jacket
I am not able to give you photos of someone wearing the jacket…
So I just took the ones readily available. Below are pictures taken from the Datablitz website (link below)
