We have here an unboxing and out of the box build review of the 40th anniversary 2011 Nissin Cup Gunpla — Gundam RX-78-2. The kit included in this noodle pack is around 1/200 scale (+/-). It does not require tools to assemble (just snap-off) and will take you around a few minutes to build. The stickers are made of semi stretchable plastic (imho). It does not have much articulation so expect it to just stand there when built. A really cute Gundam novelty item if you are going to ask me. You can check out the Char Zaku version review by clicking here
By the way… I built this one sleepy afternoon, I even scratched the decals while applying them haha!

SIZE COMPARISON
against HG 1/144 RX-78-2 (7 eleven version)
against SD Astray Red Frame
against HG 1/100 Heavy Arms Custom
******
it would have been nice if this Gundam kit was a regular release and is available locally…
imagine this, every time you eat a nissin noodle, you get to build a gundam kit… that would be a nice past time during office breaks… will take you only about 15 mins to build this guy without applying the decals… for sure, your cubicle at the office will be overrun by a hoard of them zakus and rx-78-2
also, if this is part of a McDonald happy meal, I bet this will be loved by many children…
