Here is a little snap-fit / out of the box build review of an old school SD Psycho Gundam. Manufacturing date was 1996. It comes with 2 small figures namely Zeta and Rx-178 Mark II. Overall it is a very nice kit! I recommend it if you find one because it is very hard to find one nowadays. I have not come across a new release of SD Psycho Gundam by Bandai. I hope they will re-release another version because this one is already discontinued — a rare kit which I luckily found on Ebay…
Picture heavy post as usual :))

Sorry we were not able to produce WIP pictures since the camera went dead while the kit was being built….
Now let us see the finished kit.
SD Psycho Gundam and his massive shield
Aside from his shield, he has the 2 small figures and a stand for his head hahah
Minions: Zeta and RX-178 MKII
Both hands are made of polycap material. And it always pops out which was kinda annoying…
You need to put something like a blue tack to hold the hands together specially when carrying the big shield
Fortress mode… Hands removed and shield split into two for each elbow
Head and fists are placed on the stand for display
SIZE COMPARISON
SD Astray Red Frame vs SD Psycho Gundam
Obviously bigger :))
At last it’s now build, I’m waiting for this one….are you gonna paint the little ones?
